Program Description

Abadi Dispatch LLC sends text messages to owner-operators, motor carriers, and business contacts who have opted in. Messages include load offers, dispatch updates, pickup and delivery details, rate confirmations, account notifications, and customer support responses.

How to Opt In

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the contact form at abadidispatch.com, or by giving us verbal or written consent when you sign up for our dispatching services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency varies based on your dispatch activity and loads booked.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To join again, reply START or opt in again through our website.

Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
